Hi guys! So, I haven't posted anything on the blog for like ever, so I've decided that I'm just gonna post a random story.
The last time the Music Theater of Idaho did The King and I, they were in the middle of introducing the children, and one of the kids had... well, an accident, and peed his pants, which as you probably guessed wasn't the best thing for the show. After this, the king slipped in the pee and did a cartoon sort of slide across the stage. Then, a priest started to mop it up. I'm sure it was an epic theater moment. I guess the kid was so scared that he'd miss his scene that he didn't bother to ask to go potty. I hope that doesn't happen during our show...

lol that is so amazing. makes theater that much more funny and entertaining. you know, it sounds ridiculous, but something similar actually happened to a guy that was a top theatre student at usc...he was playing the lead man in "company" by stephen sondheim, and he was onstage ALL the time and couldn't really take a break...but he drank so much water for his voice before the show that he HAD to pee while he was actually onstage!!!
